Harvested from a remnant prairie in Somers, Wisconsin, this water white honey is among the lightest varieties we’ve harvested. Its nearly clear, pale golden hue reflects the delicate nectar sources of prairie wildflowers in full bloom. On the palate, this honey opens with a clean, mild sweetness and closes with a subtle, warm whisper of cinnamon, an unexpected and delicate spice note that lingers gently without overpowering the honey’s natural floral character.
